You might not believe it, but this Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel Smoothie won’t break your diet.

Lately my smoothies have been something fruit like peaches or pears. But this morning I had a hankering for caramel. I made this smoothie this morning when my sweet tooth woke up before I did.

What goes best with caramel? Chocolate. And the peanut butter, well, you can thank my sweet tooth for that.

I was actually thinking healthy when I made this. The caramel is my Salted Fruit Caramel Sauce (so good), and the chocolate is unsweetened dark cocoa powder. Add in my usual smoothie ingredients of coconut milk, oatmeal, flax seed, chia seeds, and protein powder and you have yourself one jellybean of a smoothie!

Ha, you thought I was going to say a bad word. My spellcheck put in jellybean instead of the “other” word, so I stuck with it. It’s kinda cute, don’t ya think?
